About Intergence

Networks & IT Optimisation Consultancy

Intergence Systems was established in Cambridge, UK in 2003 by Peter Job, to address the growing requirements of clients demanding high level impartial expertise in networks and IT. In many cases this was difficult for clients to obtain due to suppliers’ and integrators’ close affiliations with technology manufacturers, from whom Intergence have remained staunchly independent.

However, our expertise is held in high regard by those same vendors, such that many of them engage us as their professional services partner. Our list of clients ranges from small-to-medium enterprises, to major global corporations and national public institutions.

We have retained our close links to Cambridge since our formation within the ‘Cambridge Technopole’, the geographic area of intense high-technology innovation activity that encompasses the City of Cambridge at its heart. It is generally acknowledged to be the UK’s leading high technology business cluster.

As we continue to develop our business, we have forged relationships with a number of academic institutions, and continue to draw upon the local skills which Cambridge’s technology pedigree provides in abundance.

We are proud of our high levels of customer retention, with many clients returning to us for many, diverse engagements over a period of several years.  This is reflected in our compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 46% whilst, in response to customer demand, our product portfolio has evolved to include network, data centre and security optimisation solutions and consulting expertise.

Many of our international clients seek similar services in the Middle East region, and we have subsequently established a highly successful operation in Dubai, from which we deliver services throughout the United Arab Emirates. We use our offices in Dubai Internet City (DIC) to service the whole of the Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC) region. We are also members of both the British Arab Chamber of Commerce and the British Business Group (BBG).
