Peter has worked in the Telecommunications sector for the last fifteen years and has held senior sales and management positions at Gandalf, Alcatel, ThruPoint and Omnetica. He established Intergence with own finances in 2003 and has led the formation of the group structure, hiring of senior executives and the structuring of Intergence's sales proposition. Through Peter's vision and leadership, Intergence has exhibited double digit growth in every trading year since inception.
Stace Hipperson, Chief Technology Officer - Visit Blog
Stace has over 20 years experience in IT networking, process, sales, project management and support. At Intergence he is responsible for all aspects of the technology vision, product development and IT architecture. Stace has created the network visualisation product suite and has successfully created a new business arm to concentrate on network optimisation.
Barry Viles, EVP of Operations - Visit Blog
Barry spent 10 years at Equant Network Services joining in 1990 and managed the European Pre-Sales operation before becoming Vice President of Service Delivery. From 2000 to 2007 he worked at BT Radianz, and as Head of GFS Global Engineering left to join Intergence Systems. Barry is responsible for the successful delivery of the network optimisation projects and works closely with intermediary service providers and end-user clients.

Ken has spent over 10 years in networking and has held technical roles at Infonet, Cisco Systems, GTS, Nexagent, finally joining Intergence Systems in 2004. He has a wealth of experience in Service Provider and Enterprise networking design and optimisation, and is consistently involved in the frontline of Intergence's solution delivery in technical, project management, and pre-sales roles.

Chris has over 20 years experience in telecommunications and IT service architecture. He began his career in field service at Gandalf and has since worked in consultancy positions at companies such as AT&T, BT, & Fujitsu Services. He achieved and has maintained Cisco CCIE status since 1997. Chris is championing technology and supporting business development in the region.
Dr Steven Turner, Optimisation Specialist - Visit Blog
Steven specialises in Network Optimisation and has successfully completed a large number of optimisation projects for clients in both the private and public sector. Prior to joining Intergence, Steven gained a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Warwick, and an MSc in Network Systems from the University of Sunderland. Steven then completed a PhD using genetic algorithms in conjunction with parallel processing to produce a multi-utility network optimisation tool.
