7 days to Optimise your connected world

I've just finished the first stage of a marathon. Two days have gone and five more to go, with the completion of IP09 and now off to Gitex in Dubai. I think that by the end of October my feet will need a rest!
IP09, the biggest communications show in the U.K. was a great success for us with the launch of our next generation Intergence services optimisation suite. A key part of this is our new 3D tool which enables managers to visualise the entire IT estate with much more clarity. This reduces costs and allows us to focus on the real issues much more quickly than the old manual efforts could provide.
This is really is “a world first” and one that we are really proud about as it demonstrates our innovation and know-how on optimising data centres networks and security. Our optimisation solutions are proving to be so innovating that we have just won a major grant from the government. There will be more on this story in the near future.
In the meantime, we are continuing to see huge demand for our optimisation services. This has been a two year journey and we were one of the first companies to recognise at IP07 that “getting more for less” was something that the IT business needed to see. Two years later and everybody is talking about optimisation technology, but few are looking at the real business issues. Our approach is different as we look at the business issues first rather than just hope that a new technology will provide savings.
We were so confident that we were correctly hearing what people wanted that we have put our own research and development into our optimisation solutions. The feedback we are getting from clients proves that we have been listening and are on the right track. The only things that seems to be complaining are my legs, so they will have to wait a little longer for a rest.
