Managed and Operational Services

Sourcing the right skills and expertise is a constant challenge for the most efficient organisations.  This is especially true when there is an urgent requirement for delivering a new project on time and within budget.

Intergence has a vast range of experience in delivering small, medium and large requirements to a host of different organisations.  For example, these can be either a small one-off project for a network design, Data Centre build or security audit through to a fully managed team which delivers a complete MIS function.

Our services fall into two distinct functions:

  • Remote managed services where the client does not have the on-site skills to deliver an operational support model for themselves and wants to outsource this facility.
  • Onsite operational support teams; these can range from a single requirement for a short period which meets a particular skills gap, but more often means an entire support team operating shift patterns and service level agreements.

Intergence has provided a range of operational and managed services to our clients over the years and provides critical support functions to a number of major organisations in the UK and internationally.
