Meet the Intergence Team

Max Dyer Bartlett, Chairman
Max is our non executive Chairman. A qualified Chartered Accountant, for many years he worked as a director in the corporate finance departments of several leading investment banks and stock broking firms. More recently he has served as an executive and non executive director of a series of public and private companies in areas including insurance, healthcare, life sciences and electronic equipment manufacturing.

Peter Job, Chief Executive Officer
Peter has worked in the Telecommunications sector for the last fifteen years and has held senior sales and management positions at Gandalf, Alcatel, ThruPoint and Omnetica. He established Intergence with own finances in 2003 and has led the formation of the group structure, hiring of senior executives and the structuring of Intergence's sales proposition. Through Peter's vision and leadership, Intergence has exhibited double digit growth in every trading year since inception.

Robert Smith, Chief Operating Officer
Rob worked at Reuters for twelve years, initially in technical roles before moving into management including Data Centre Manager at Reuters' Geneva Data Centre and latterly Global Head of Delivery based in London. Rob is responsible for the operational side of Intergence including the management of 55+ consultants and staff, the recruitment of new consultants, key account management and project delivery.
