Intergence Optimisation is a suite of best-in-class methods and software tools that enables radically improved network life-cycle management, enhanceding network performance, increasing service availability and reducing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for customers. The core of the solution is a unified network data model which describes the key aspects of the customer.s network inventory, connectivity, capacity, and reliability. The core network model is stored on a relational database and data exchange between the database and other network information systems is based on defined XML schemas and open interfaces. Specified reports on network assets and performance are viewable by the customer on a secure web site, effectively delivering a Virtual Network Operations Centre for the customers network managers. The delivery of the Optimisation solution is via a multi-phase project method which is compatible and consistent with standard IT industry approaches and systems including ITIL, NGOSS, and eTOM. The software components and interfaces are compliant and secure. The solution delivery is supported by the Intergence Managed Services Methodology and provides the customer with continuous visibility of key network performance indicators and optimisation opportunities. |
