Innovation & Leadership

A Message from the CEO

From a CIO perspective, being aware of the most relevant and important organisational challenges just over the horizon is imperative for any successful and cost-effective management strategy.  In addition, being aware of colleagues' concerns and challenges promotes the spread and implementation of best practices and enables improved collaboration between business partners, nothwithstanding the reassurance it can provide with the realisation that you are not alone in facing these kinds of challenges!

What's really important to CIOs and their colleagues is that they do not fall into reactionary modes when dealing with the key IT challenges of 2009.  When budgets are being squeezed and just "keeping the lights on" is a real challenge, it often seems easier to react to events rather than plan and execute carefully.

Our detailed and empirical reports and consultancy have assisted Cable & Wireless to challenge vendors to provide solutions that overcome the inadequacies in their products and services.
