As part of our quality procedures, and in order to protect our reputation in the market, our recruitment approach is underpinned by a rigorous screening and interviewing selection process.
We will use a range of methods to screen candidates as appropriate to the role and will endeavour to understand your competencies, capabilities and aspirations as best we can. Once selection has been successfully completed, we will take employment references and before any offer is finalised we will complete a series of background checks. These will include a criminal record check (Disclosure Scotland), financial and insolvency check, directorship check (via Companies House).
