Selection

As part of our quality procedures, and in order to protect our reputation in the market, our recruitment approach is underpinned by a rigorous screening and interviewing selection process.

We will use a range of methods to screen candidates as appropriate to the role and will endeavour to understand your competencies, capabilities and aspirations as best we can. This will not only allow us to make best use of your skill, it will also give you the opportunity to realise your potential.

Once selection has been successfully completed, we will take employment references and before any offer is finalised we will complete a series of background checks.  These will include a criminal record check (Disclosure Scotland), financial and insolvency check, directorship check (via Companies House).

Agencies Please Note: Due to our reach and our reputation in the market, Intergence is able to source the vast majority of talent using direct sourcing method. To supplement this, we have a partnership in place with two suppliers with significant experience of our organisation, its history and the people that have been part of our success over the years.
