Finance Administrative Assistant

Reporting to: CFO


Job Purpose:


To support the Finance and Administration functions in their day to day operations. The role will directly support the CFO and CEO. As the company grows the position will grow with it and there will be progression opportunities.




  • Supporting the CFO with the accounts system, posting purchase invoices, expenses etc onto Sage Line 50

  • Providing support to the CFO with contacting suppliers and chasing customer payments

  • Chasing employees for expenses and timesheet submissions

  • Monitoring the CEO’s diary

  • Booking meetings & meeting rooms where necessary

  • Answering phones

  • Looking after day to day office items

  • Monitoring and ordering stationery, kitchen supplies etc

  • Assistance with writing staff processes and ensuring these are followed
