Previously European CTO for IBM Watson and founder of one of the UK's early conversational AI companies, Humanise, he brings practical experience of both building AI technology and deploying it at scale. He writes a daily AI briefing and weekly industry newsletter, and has appeared in a Channel 4 documentary on AI and in Wired Magazine.
Dave Mareels
Vice President of Product Management at Sophos
Dave Mareels is Vice President of Product Management, heading up the Managed Services portfolio within the SecOps business unit. He's responsible for all things Sophos MDR and Managed Risk. Prior to this he served as the CEO and co-founder of SOC.OS, which was acquired by Sophos in April 2022.
